Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business involving international trade of scrap metals, coal, and chemical goods, Coalchem Tradelink Pvt. Ltd. follows the refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment has been initiated.
• Once material is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official email.

2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
• The order was prepaid and cancelled before dispatch
• Shipment is proven to be undelivered due to Company error

3. Disputes in Delivered Products
Any concerns related to product specifications must be reported within:
• 48 hours of delivery
• Evidence required (photos, inspection reports, etc.)

After verification, we may offer:
• Replacement of the material OR
• Partial settlement based on mutual agreement

4. Non-Refundable Payments
• Advance payments made for booking material overseas
• Freight charges, warehousing costs, customs duty, demurrage, clearance expense
