• Shipping timelines are estimates and subject to global logistics variables
• Company shall not be liable for delays outside its control (port congestion, customs, natural factors, etc.)

• Company will not be responsible for business loss, profit loss, or misuse of supplied materials
• Liability is limited only to the value of the purchased goods

6. Intellectual Property
